If you are dissatisfied with your selection for any reason, return it postpaid within 30 days for an exchange, credit or refund. (And, no, we do not resell these products!)

Due to the ease of duplication, video tapes are not returnable once the seal is broken. In the case of a defective video tape, we will reship one of the same title once we receive the defective tape.

A Note About Batteries:
