Due to the personal nature of these products, all sales are final (including videos). Should you receive a defective item, contact Customer Service within 5 days. We will arrange for return of the original item at no cost to you and we will immediately send you a replacement. Defective items can only be replaced by the exact same model.

International orders (except Canada) are shipped by Airmail and delivery time is 2-4 weeks. An additional shipping charge of $40 per order applies. Orders to Canada are shipped Airmail or UPS and require an additional charge of $10. Normal delivery time is 2-3 weeks. All prices are quoted in US dollars.

Some our our products are not available in all areas of the country due to the "community standards" component of obscenity laws. As such, we may delete certain items from your order should you live in one of these areas.
